hello everyone! man, i haven't been on here in a while! alot's been going on since New Year's Eve. i'll have to tell you a little about what i've been up to... well, i'm at Verity college earning my degree in music. this past semester i was working on Harmony-a long and tough course. i didn't get the grade i wanted, but i made it through and passed ok. i also studied world religions, college math(that was fun ), biology, economics, etc...i had lots of fun too. i got to go snowboarding and i played ice hockey for the first time! it was so much fun! i got to play soccer alot which i love . street hockey and ultimate frisbee were fun too. i had a great time getting to know my classmates better doing things like going to the "Lilly House" this cool old-fashioned house with lots of flowers and neat things to look at, and going to the barn down the road and playing capture the flag, dodge ball and just hanging around playing music and singing. yup! it's gonna be a good next year.  i'm looking forward to it. i got to go up to Chicago for spring break and visit my sister and brothers. that was great. i'm home on summer break right now and loving it. it's going way too fast! i knew it would. but like it says in Ecclesiastes, there is a time for everything! now is the time for me to be home and i love being here. but soon it will be time to go back to school and i will be happy there because i know that's where God wants me. there's nothing like knowing you're in the center of God will! there i can rest secure and know the He will work out His perfect plan for my life. i love Jeremiah 29:11-13..."For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." It has been a good couple of months. The Lord has been teaching me alot. I praise Him for His goodness to me. He has blessed me with so much! here are some random memories i found as i was going through all my pics the other day... way at the very beginning at Journey to the Heart...here's all of us! course you can't see very well, but anyway... 
my first week studying. i had no idea what i was getting myself into   the girls campout! that was lots of fun! 
at the harvest fest... sledding on the back hill.  at the Lilly House.  the symphony. i had a great time here  my birthday party! the girls took me to play laser tag and then out to eat. i had a blast
